These terms apply when you visit astavelle.com.au or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. "We", "us" and "Astavelle" mean the business that runs this store.

1. Our products

Astavelle Astaxanthin is a dietary supplement. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicine or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you start. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Statements marked with the dagger symbol (†) describe general research on astaxanthin and have not been evaluated as treatments. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

2. Orders and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We can cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, and we will refund you in full.

3. Payment

You pay at checkout using the payment methods shown. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping and returns

Our Shipping and delivery policy and our Returns policy form part of these terms.

5. Offers and free gifts

Bundle offers and free gifts are available while the offer is shown on the site and while stock lasts. We can change or end an offer at any time. An offer that has already been applied to a confirmed order is not changed.

6. Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including trying to break into it, copy it automatically at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We can restrict access if we think the site is being misused.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to Astavelle or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

If you send us a review, photo or testimonial, you confirm that it is yours and that it is honest. You let us show it on the site and in our marketing. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under it.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the products. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our choice, to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.
