About these terms

This website, astavelle.com.au, is operated by Astavelle ("we", "us", "our"), 3 Janice Terrace, Cranbourne East VIC 3977, Australia. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Astavelle is for adults. Do not give it to children.

Products and health information

Astavelle is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been reviewed as claims about treating any condition.

The information on this site is general. It is not medical advice. Individual results vary. Take Astavelle as directed on the label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medicine (including blood-thinning, blood-pressure or blood-sugar medicine), or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before you start. Stop taking it and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.

We may correct a pricing or description error at any time, including after you place an order. If we do, we will contact you and offer you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Crossed-out prices show the price of buying the same number of pouches separately, at the single-pouch price, before any bundle saving.

Bundle offers, free gifts and store credit

Bundle offers apply automatically at checkout when your cart qualifies. Free gifts, such as the storage jar, are included with the qualifying bundle only and have no cash value. The A$20 store credit that comes with the 3-pouch bundle is added to the account linked to your order email after your payment clears. It can be used on a future Astavelle order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not expire unless we tell you otherwise before you buy. You need a customer account with the same email address as your order to receive and use store credit. We may cancel store credit if an order is refunded or if we believe the credit was obtained by misuse.

Shipping

We ship free to Australian addresses on every order. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our control. You are responsible for entering a correct delivery address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Refunds and returns

Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee and our returns terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone has used your account without permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us a photo or testimonial, you confirm it is your own honest experience and you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on our site, in emails and in our marketing. We may remove a review that is abusive, false or unrelated to the product. We do not pay for reviews.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, belongs to Astavelle or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print it for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with how it works, scrape it with automated tools, or place orders for resale without our agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Where the Australian Consumer Law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupplying them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site on the day you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Both of us submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
