Where we ship

We ship across Australia and to Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Shipping costs within Australia

Standard shipping: A$11. Free on orders of A$100 or more.
Express shipping: A$15.

International shipping

Standard international shipping is A$20 per order to all the countries listed above. Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. We do not control these charges and they are not included in your order total.

Delivery times

Orders to Australian addresses usually arrive about 12 days after you order. The estimated delivery date for your order is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Dates are estimates. Carriers can run late, especially during sales and public holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships you will get an email with a tracking link. You can also look up your order on our Track your order page.

Address mistakes

Please check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away at gsidhu122010@gmail.com and we will try to fix it before the parcel ships. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left us.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, or it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days and we will sort it out with you and the carrier.
